This office provides financial services including accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, investments and cash management. The Finance Department also provides financial and budgetary reports for all departments and is responsible for preparation of the annual financial report and the city budget. The city requires a current W-9 form [9] for all vendors. Please see the letter to vendors [10] for additional information. Please forward these forms to khansen@kelso.gov [11].

The Customer service area provides utility billing, credit and collection, and customer service in support of the City's water, sewer, solid waste, and other utilities.
During a National Weather Service heat-related alert, you may request reinstatement of service by calling 360-578-7915 during the period covered by the alert.
The Finance and Utility Department collects business and occupation (B&O) taxes for the City.
