Fun event for the entire family from lighting Kelso's community tree to waiting for the arrival of a special visitor! There will be food, music, and childrens' crafts to ring in the Christmas season!
The Kelso Spring Fling is a street fair held under the Allen Street Bridge on the parking lot next to Kelso City Hall. This is a Kelso Downtown Revitalization Association event.
