BNSF will be installing new crossing panels at the Mill Street rail crossing from April 18th - April 23rd, and as a result the crossing will be temporarily closed. It is estimated the closure will begin at 04:00 on April 18th and conclude at 16:00 on April 23rd. An electronic message board will be displayed near Mill Street crossing from April 14th-April 17th to inform residents of the temporary closure. BNSF received approval of the crossing closure detour plan for Mill Street from the City of Kelso on 3/30/16.
