This the annual update to the Six-Year Capital Improvement Program. This document contains the known capital improvement projects that are needed for each 6-year span. This document is intended to be a tool for the City Council, staff, and citizens to communicate priorities and identify the resources that are available to complete these projects.  Most of the projects contained in this document originated from various city master plans. Some projects have been identified by Master Plans, Council direction, and others from staff observations.
