Kelso Kid's Pop-up Market - under the bridge at City Hall parking lot. Kids under 18 in Cowlitz County can participate. Participants will bring their own table to sell market items between 11 AM and 2 PM.  Setup begins at 10:00 AM, cleanup ends at 4 PM. $5 a table space.
