Kelso's Catlin Rotary Spray Park received an outpouring of support from three local Rotary Clubs that donated over $21,000 in money, labor, and materials for safety and security improvements. The Kelso, Longview, and Longview - Early Edition Rotary Clubs purchased and installed new decorative lighting around the perimeter of the spray pad, resurfaced the spray area with slip-resistant paint, and restored landscaping near the senior center. The improvements provide lighting for enhanced security, a spray pad less prone to trips and falls, and a better overall park appearance.
